We begin the process by developing a position description and marketing document through interviews with the client’s staff and management.  As these are being crafted, a search strategy is developed and implemented.  As qualified candidates are identified, their criteria, skills and employment history are presented for the client’s review.  As the interview process takes place within a company, we proactively monitor the progress through briefings and debriefings.  At the completion of the search, we work with the client and candidate to develop a compensation package that leads to the acceptance of an offer.  At all times during this process, we maintain open communication with our clients and candidates to ensure that both are provided with information in an honest, timely, and professional manner.
